As New York City prepares for its new Legalized Marijuana Laws some community activists and Credible Messengers take issue with minorities being priced out of the business.
It appears that some residents from the minority community desire more than the right to smoke freely. They want in on a business that is projected to guarantee billions annually.

New York City is home to the highest Chinese-American population of any city, with an estimated 573,388 Chinese-Americans in New York City. When some Chinese immigrants settled in NYC low income communities that were predominantly Black, they were welcomed by the Black community. African Americans shared their culture and supported Chinese businesses.
"Bootleggin" and "culture appropriation" in NYC developed into an entire economy in China
Many Chinese merchants (men and women) began to duplicate popular Black artist in America, and eventually Chinese manufacturing sweatshops began to mass produce or "bootleg" the popular Black artists in America. These Chinese merchants sold so much of this music, culture, and products that China itself was heavily influenced to imitate the culture in their own native language and style.

A Game of Choices, Consequences, and Come-Ups
Hoodopoly is a strategic board game that teaches the importance of decision-making through fun and realistic life scenarios. Players must navigate the challenges of the streets or the struggles of the 9-to-5 world, because in Hoodopoly, every choice changes your future.
Choose Your Path:
Gangster Life: Fast money, high risk.
Square Life: Slow grind, long-term reward.
As players move around the board, they face questions and scenarios based on the life path they selected. Make the right move, answer correctly, and you’ll earn money. Learn about real historical figures like Bumpy Johnson, John Gotti, Al Capone, or key life lessons and get paid for what you know.
Spend or Stack?
Use your money to buy items like guns, liquor, clothing, or phones, all from The Connect, the game’s facilitator. The Connect reads the cards, enforces the rules, sells the items, and keeps the game in motion.
But Beware…
Land on a Police space and you must roll the dice for your freedom.
Win the roll? You’re free to move.
Lose the roll? You’re going to jail.
If you go to jail, you lose ALL your assets, and The Connect confiscates your property. You’re forced to start over, just like in real life when bad decisions have real consequences.
Every Decision Matters.
Your choices affect:
The cards you hold
Where you can move
The opportunities you have later in the game
Just like the streets and real life, Hoodopoly rewards strategy, knowledge, and smart decisions. Only the sharpest players will rise to the top.
